At Shrixxenuayxan, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our premium textiles, lighting solutions, and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and exchanges in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item sent. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, styles, or alternative products of equal or greater value, subject to availability. We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm product availability before you return your original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you. You will not be required to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to protect against loss or damage during transit.

For customers in the Auckland metro area, we may offer complimentary pickup service for large or bulky items such as lighting fixtures or furniture. Please contact us to arrange pickup.

Inspection Period

We strongly encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Check for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can address the matter promptly and arrange for a resolution.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large, bulky, or special-order items such as chandeliers, extensive textile orders, or custom lighting fixtures. This fee covers handling, inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, match their description, and be free from defects. If products fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
